All major road and utility construction associated with our project is now complete for the winter season. While the primary work has wrapped up, a few minor tasks—none of which will impact surrounding neighbors—will continue through the end of 2025.
Looking ahead, additional light construction activities located entirely on our property are scheduled to resume in January 2026. This includes the installation of two culverts across Pine Creek, which may begin as early as the end of December 2025 depending on weather and crew availability.
We have worked closely with Weber County to ensure the roads are accessible and prepared for winter maintenance, including the installation of road delineators to support safe and effective plowing.
